The Arrival Dawns

In my physical body, as I sat on a rock overlooking the Sea of Galilee from the Mount of Beautitudes (Matthew 5), I closed my eyes and allowed my body, soul and spirit to experience the fullness of the moment. I had arrived!

I came to Israel because I was invited in the dream to take flight, to Jump Around the World. I was invited to journey with the Lord on what has become the journey of a lifetime. A journey that I desire to share with all. We did the dream and it was greater than I would have ever imagined.

To see what Jesus saw, to smell what Jesus smelled, to touch what Jesus touched. It was all happening.

I was sitting where Jesus would have sat. I was standing where Jesus would have stood. I was walking where Jesus would have walked. And I hoped to leap where Jesus would have leaped.

Blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God.
— Matthew 5:8

Placing our feet in the Sea of Galilee around the location where Jesus appeared to His disciples the third time after His resurrection, the little fish began to nibble at my feet and legs. I felt as though they were helping me die to my flesh by eating the dead skin.

The same area where these fish were eating my flesh, Peter and the disciples desired to eat the fish. In John 21, after fishing all night with no fish seeing the net, the disciples were hungry. Jesus instructed Peter and the disciples to place the fishing net on the “right side” of the boat. Following His instructions, the disciples brought up 153 fish. The numerical value of 153 in Hebrew is “Ani-Elohim”, meaning “I AM GOD”. In this instance, Peter would have received a deeper revelation, as would have many of the other disciples, because of their knowledge of Hebrew (each number having a letter and meaning connected to its understanding).

On a side note, I believe the church swayed away from understanding the meanings associated with the Hebrew letters and numbers. I have my thoughts on this, but that will be for another discussion.

The people who sat in darkness have seen a great light, and upon those who sat in the region and shadow of death, light has dawned.
— Matthew 4:16

That same day, we made our way to Capernaum, where Jesus dwelt after spending 40 days in the wilderness. One of the greatest memories I had in Capernaum was hearing F-16’s over our head (10/2/23). We were sitting looking at Capernaum with the Sea of Galilee behind us (see picture below). I heard 4 different jets and waited for the tour guides instructions. The tour guides did not seem alarmed and did not stop their teaching, but I was curious. As you can tell, I was not aware of the severity of what the sound of these jets meant in that moment. However, I became fully aware on 10/7/2023.

“Follow Me, and I will make you become fishers of men.” After the disciples left their father and followed Jesus, they went to Capernaum. “On the Sabbath, Jesus entered the synagogue and taught. The people were mesmerized by His teaching, because He taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.” (Mark 1:21-22)

Many nations visit Israel. At this site in Capernaum, I heard multiple people in different languages describing the events of this site. It was my first realization during the trip of how all of creation has a connection to the Holy Land.

Directly to the right of this synagogue, between this synagogue and the picture taken of me with the jump rope, stands Peter’s home. (Mark 1:29) “Now as soon as they had come out of the synagogue, they entered the house of Simon and Andrew”. The synagogue was literally right beside the home of Peter.

I am still trying to grasp all I saw and I will continue to share more as I process it all. While you wait for more of “The Arrival”, I pray that it will all begin to make more sense to you as well. Overall, I hope this draws you to the heart of Your Father. I pray this draws you to know more about Jesus. I pray this draws you to seek Holy Spirit wisdom, knowledge, understanding and more. There is so much more. I pray you live beyond the desires of life, I pray you desire abundant life.
